Shipping:

  3. Duties and Taxes:
    • Any duties, taxes, or VAT applicable at the destination are the customer’s responsibility. Curries4U is not liable for covering these expenses.
  4. Packaging:
    • We use ample-sized boxes to ensure the protection of your items during shipment.
  5. Delivery Times:
    • Deliveries are made on working days between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm.
    • Public holidays and Sundays are excluded.
    • Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including unexpected delays from our courier partners, weather conditions, and strikes.

Cancellation:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

      • Accurate information is provided to the payment gateway, including account details, billing address, and password (for net banking).
      • Your internet connection is stable.

    • We maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and may deny access or cancel any orders placed by them.
